Paula is opening the doors to her classrooms to those who are interested in our Yoga Alliance Certified 200 and 500 hour Teacher Training programs, or our Holistic Yoga Therapy Teacher Training program.

The open house will begin with observation of a teacher training session, opportunity to participate in group sharing, and converse with other students currently enrolled. Weekly Tuesday Evening Open House Sessions: Please join us at 6:45 for informational sessions with Paula Scopino, owner and director of Sacred Rivers Yoga. She will answer any questions about the 200 or 500 hour Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher training program. 200 and 500 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training or Personal Growth Training

• All Teacher Training Programs are ongoing and revolving. Join at any time.

• We offer both weekday and weekend teacher training to help fit your schedule

• The 200 hour week day training is offered once a week on Thursdays and can be completed in 6 1/2 months (versus 13 months).

• The 500 hour week day training is offered once a week on Thursdays and will be able to be completed in 13 months (versus 18 months).

• The day will begin at 9 am and end at 5 pm, with a break for lunch.

• The weekend training occurs one weekend a month. 200 hour training (13 months) and 500 hour training (18 months) will occur on the same weekend.

Tuition Costs*

200 Hour: $2300.00 if paid in full up front via cash, check, or credit card
$400 savings if paid in full. $2700.00 if split into 3 consecutive payments of $900.00 apiece.
500 Hour: $3300.00 if paid in full up front via cash, check, or credit card
$400 savings if paid in full.  $3700 .00 if split into 4 consecutive payments of $925.00 apiece.

*Tuition Costs are subject to Connecticut State Sales tax of 6.35%
